Be aware this the phoenix company set up after ak property management ltd were liquidated owing aprox 500k to HMRC and scottish power ! New company in trouble again Oblivious to the Facotors code of conduct profane in communication threathening to owners total cowboys 'couldnt run a bath'Once in you cant get them out easily !

5 May 2017Alex McDevit the cowboy behind City Factoring was our factor at Lancefield Quay, the first Development of houses on the Clyde, the Man is a Total JOKE, we sacked him and his company and are now self factoring, currently under police investigation for lots of failures including fraud and theft of cash from our bank account, good riddance!
