I let a property with this atrocious company and letting with them turned out to be a disaster. Their customer service skills are appalling as they lie to you when you call them. Been over a year and have not received my deposit. Numerous calls made and different stories every time. They also accused me of not paying a deposit, to which my reply was that they would never have given me the keys to let the house if I didn't pay deposit as it was written and signed on the contract. Very distressful for me as if seemed they were trying to scam my deposit I'd genuinely paid. Also they take a key deposit which is returned when the keys are given back on time. My keys were returned on time and when asking for my key deposit they made up a story that they found the keys in the office a day late when in actual fact the property was vacated 2 days early and key returned on time. Overall very bad agents. Prefer to deal with landlord direct. These agents have lied to me as I have dealt direct with the landlord who confirmed my deposits should have been released.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
