We have had nothing but bad experience with this company from poor maintenance issue's to incorrect landlord safety certificates, continually making appointments for trades people to turn up and they never do. But incredibly falsification of documents we received a notice to vacate which in it;s self is fine but when we looked deeper into the notice it was illegal due to Moores failing to sign it, I notified them of this and was basically called a liar over the phone I immediately went to the main office in Stamford and confronted David Crooke and showed him the original document we had been sent which was not signed the following day we received a scanned so called copy of what was sent and guess what it now had a signature on it. fortunately for us they have made a massive mistake with this as well, so it is easy to prove which is the original. I do not know whether it is his staff cover themselves because they sent the wrong one out or in fact it was David himself that has now singed the notice after the event either way now we will have to go to court which will cause further problems not just for us but the landlord as well, as we will not be leaving now until we have proven in court the notice is incorrect and will need to be served again we know the landlord wishes to sell but this will now only delay matters. So not only Crooke by name but also by nature
Be honest and admit their mistake that was all they had to do

Corrupt ! I informed the agents that I intended to vacate the property early as they had not carried essential electrical work and it was in a dangerous condition. Admit they are lying, address the issues, instead of taking the easy option of burying their heads in the sand.
Rip you off with bogus invoices for work that wasn't carried out by companies that don't exist !

Be honest and admit their mistake that was all they had to do
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
