At first they seemed very polite; they were very nice people. me and my flatmates had to hand in a security deposit by a deadline (which we all did) and up until this point it was fine. they then said we could move in on June 1st, which was also fine (however we asked one of their employees if we could move in on the 31st as i had a flight on June 1st, and she said that should be fine) we then also had to hand in another form with our details (they said to hand this in as soon as possible) this took us all a while to do because we-as students-live in all parts of the country, and my parents live in Africa. all of a sudden they said we had to days to give in our form otherwise our place in the flat was debatable...even though we gave in the security deposit. they then said that we couldn't move in until the second week of June, due to the fact that we handed in our forms so late. when i went to complain, they basically told me to go away, in simple terms. they had no manner of warmth to their speech. they said that many other students also handed in their forms late; clearly this is their own fault as they should have arranged a deadline. polite at first, complete lack of organisation and i highly recommend not to do business with them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
