We have used Goodchilds for a little over 3 years to rent out our property in Lichfield. We have had very minor issues (around slow communication at times) but in general, the leggings team have been fantastic. Any issue with tenants or the property were dealt with effectively and quickly. We lost one tenant (non paying) after their 6 month contract and Good holds found a tenant the next day. Very pleased with their service.

Utterly incompetent. Numerous complaints have been raised since renting from the Lichfield office, many still outstanding. Customer service is appalling. Return phone calls promptly, acknowledge emails and deal with paying customers the way they would want to be dealt with.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
