An awful experience. A standing order was not set up for the duration of the let resulting in late payments every single month. Avoidance of phone calls and general passing off - simply not acceptable. Damage at property could have been arrested if proper visitations had been in place. Inability to fight for the retention of deposit after the let had finished early and went to the adjudicator. I would definitely avoid using this agent again. A very sorry tale.
