I was booked an appointment to view a 1 bed flat. Which i went alone at 7pm. The agents say they are closed at that time so the potential tenant has to go for the viewing alone. Excuse me? What's the point of referring to an agency if i have to do things alone. Point two: the pictures shown were not what i went to see. Which was totally under the expectations, since the actual state of the flat needed refurbishment. Agent has statent to have not seen the flat in 2 years. I offered what i though was right for what i've seen 800 £ instead of the 875 they were advertising for pictures of a flat that did not match the reality of the flat: what i saw was totally different as what advertised( in the advert all looked new and refurbished, they put pictures of another flat). Well they told me to go and look for something else. How rude and non professional is that? NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. This prooved they are liars and scams.


What agent could do to change your mind?

Peter was rude and non professional. They made a mistake. I highlighted it to them and they still wanted to be right. No apology was given for their mistake. He called it a genuine mistake. I dont believe advertising a flat that is not what you will find is a \"genuine\" behaviour
