I've rented my property out for a long time and recently Haart have been managing. They are the worst agent we've ever had. They don't carry out instructions and never respond to emails etc. Think they've moved the lettings business for south woodford to their Chelmsford branch and they are not interested. The whole system doesn't work. Avoid at all costs.
Just responding in a timely manner and actually doing what they have been paid to do.

7 Jul 2014I did and I've now emailed you 8 times along with your staff and not one of you have responded. Like everyone else on here you leave me no choice but to report you to the ombudsman. Worst agents ever.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
