I've rented my property out for a long time and recently Haart have been managing. They are the worst agent we've ever had. They don't carry out instructions and never respond to emails etc. Think they've moved the lettings business for south woodford to their Chelmsford branch and they are not interested. The whole system doesn't work. Avoid at all costs.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Just responding in a timely manner and actually doing what they have been paid to do.

7 Jul 2014I did and I've now emailed you 8 times along with your staff and not one of you have responded. Like everyone else on here you leave me no choice but to report you to the ombudsman. Worst agents ever.

Landlord had specifically requested not to have a break clause on this property but we were not told of this fact. An overall appalling service from this branch of Haart. We put in an offer for a beautiful flat. Hopeless! They approached me trying to get me to leave a more reliable agent. Their fees are very high and BEWARE the small print. They charge you £180 whether they sell the property or not.
