I've found this bunch to be less than honest in their sales literature. 4 bedrooms? Don't take their word for it it could be 2 and other rooms listed such as downstairs dining room is one. Prices are even more over valued than other local agents. Agent who did viewing had the cheek to say west facing was the new south ?? Also told me a house backing onto the sea in st annes was south facing (was west)...do your own checks thoroughly.
