Having rented properties for the last 16 years, I can say in all honesty that Westdale is the best Agents I have used. Everything from the initial welcome from their friendly staff to their efficiency in dealing with any problems encountered. Being a smaller agents they provide first class customer service and make you feel comfortable and leave you to have quiet enjoyment of your property. I have no hesitation in recommending this agent to anyone and it is unfortunate that they don't have more properties in my local area because if they did I would stay with this agency for the foreseeable future.

The Agents Fees were very reasonable in view of the significant number of visits and letters involved with the outgoing tenants, we were more than satisfied, so much so that we queried whether the Agent had charged enough - he agreed he had.
