After a recent visit from the manager of Selsdon bairstow eves, I was absolutely shocked with the abismal level of customer service skills she has. I was waiting in on behalf of someone for a valuation - when I explained this she was extremely rude stating this was a waste of her time and talking to me like some child. As a 23 year old woman currently buying a house I would never even breathe in the direction of a bairstow eves branch. She was so vein that after tearing her pack from my hand, moaned when her picture was not facing outwards, then went on to accuse me of removing parts from it and touching something that wasn't meant for me. In the end I called the owner to come round, defeating the whole idea of me waiting in and she actually said before sitting there in silence as clearly It was beneath her to talk to me - she will wait and I can get on with whatever it was I was doing. In my own home! I am shocked that she is allowed to run a branch and think maybe she should be put on a customer service course or learn basic manners before being let loose on the public again. Absolutely appaled with my visit!
