This is the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. They collected 6k of rent on my behalf but failed to pass it on to me. Despite them admitting they owed me the money it took me nearly a year, the employment of a solicitor, a court case and the threat of bailiffs before they gave me the money they owed me. During this time they gave me a string of excuses involving inability to access computers, people being out of the office, illness, holidays and sick relatives to excuse their behaviour. I would not advise anyone to use this firm.

23 Jul 2020Conways overpriced an unmodernised flat I was buying in 1998 by £2,000. The price was £95,000. I was not given the chance to make an offer before it went on the open market. The purchaser was a property developer who paid £5.000 less at £90,000.
