While away on holidays overseas during a cold Christmas the boiler broke and leaked into the flat below. The landlord was alerted of this and had well over a week to arrange its repair before I returned. I came home however to find it untouched and had to shower at the gym for 5 days during a very cold winter until they finally got someone around to repair it. Like the previous post it was difficult to get my deposit back. The cheque mysteriously disappeared in the mail. How convenient. Definitely don't recommend them to any prospective tenants.
