I would put ZERO stars but I am unable. MEGA MOULD = COWBOY TRADERS the worst estate agency ever! I have rented through them for just over a year now. They truly are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. They never get any work carried out or get back To you in a timely manner. all of their properties I have seen seem really nice until you start to notice everything. I have had a leak in the roof for months that they won't fix and they won't replace anything they damaged and they won't accept a deduction of rent or a surrender of contract. The owner of the company Joanne is the rudest unprofessional person I have ever met. The RED DRAGON!! Seriously you are wasting your money and time if you rent through this company. They rented my old flat out after I finally moved and it had been condemned as unfit for purpose and inhabitation and they didn't do any work to it all... Oh yeah and the put the rent up on it too. COWBOY TRADERS!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Get someone else who is actually socially capable to run the company!!!!

this woman should not be allowed to work with the general public, if you are one of her favourites, whether a landlord or tenant, can't do enough for you, if she doesn't like you, god help you, rude abusive and wont get anything done within the property, has had many people in tears ... The owner should not be able to sale or rent for anyone she's so rude it's untrue, i would not even let her sale sweets. She needs to learn manners , she needs reporting to the police.
