I called them up yesterday, and spoke to a nice lady who arranged a viewing.. WE went to view the property last night and really liked it so i called up this morning to make an offer based on a fair price looking at what other properties have been sold at. I spoke to Bradley who was very cocky right from the onset and the first thing he tells me is to put in a cash deposit if I want to make an offer. And I said why do I need to do that, and he said so that we take it off the market. I told him we would pay the deposit when we exchange contracts but first i need to know whether the seller would like to accept the offer. I said I have one more property to view on Saturday and he said well call me when you have viewed the property and he wouldnt listen when I asked him that I would still like to make the offer. I then spoke to my husband who said they sound very dodgy asking for deposit so i called them back a couple of times and finally he called me back and I told him we would still like the offer, and questioned him abt the deposit and he gave this whole story about showing intent and they wouldnt want the offer to fall through and after a long spiel i said to him again that we would still like to make an offer and he goes oh your offer is too low, we already have the asking price.. and I was like why didnt you just say that before.. and hung up the phone on him. What a rotten agent to deal with and very dodgy too!!! ?? I am currently dealing with tens of agents in search of a property and no one has behaved like that.
He could have said from the onset, that i will speak to the seller and see what they have to say. FOllowing which he should have told me yes or no and we would have taken it from there.

I just had a viewing at this property on Saturday morning , N 3 .Alfred Road, Gravesend, Kent, DA11, it was not up to my expectations, plus my wife fell down the over the stairs with my little 3 year old boy ,who also broke his leg , there was no help offered ,the stairs were not safe . In London not only ensured I lost 18,000 pounds in rent but never supplied a list of payments they received. They refused to handover the deposit that the tenant forfeited due to lack of rent. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
