As a buyer I have found this estate agent particularly difficult to deal with. When they actually contact you back with regards to arranging a viewing, which for me has not been often, I have then had excuses to try to deter me from viewing and therefore buying. For example numerous properties are currently being rented so they state that viewings are hard to arrange, the vendor wants to keep renting until exchange of contracts or that they can only do viewings on weekdays at midday. After this and other excuses they have not tried to arrange the viewings and needless to say all of those properties are still on the market. As a result I feel for the vendor's who must be constantly reducing their prices. The manager is quite rude and abrupt and for the only viewing I have managed to arrange with this agents she was late and not very apologetic. I would never use this agents to sell a home.

If there was an option I'd give no star, I would. The letting agent is a total cowboy, dishonest and most likely a scammer. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
