Warm, friendly and always very helpful. Never have I had the pleasure of being around a group of people so happy to help, every time I visit. No where in Ipswich is there a letting agency who are this pleasant and professional.

Avoid altogether if possible. I have not had a good experience with this agency. As an agency, they say one thing but do another. The building and studios look nothing like on the website instead they are very old. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
