Warm, friendly and always very helpful. Never have I had the pleasure of being around a group of people so happy to help, every time I visit. No where in Ipswich is there a letting agency who are this pleasant and professional.

Avoid at all costs. The cost off the fees will suddenly increase when they know you are interested. They will show you a few rooms and you pick the one you like. As an agency, they say one thing but do another. The building and studios look nothing like on the website instead they are very old. If you're going to go for a studio, a washing machine is not included. Also, don't fall for the No Council Tax fee when going for a single Studio lie. In addition, ... Read Full Review

THE AGENT TOOK £750 FOR ASTUDIO FLAT. I WAS TO PICK UP THE KEYS ON A FRIDAY AT 14:30. AFTER PAYING THE FULL £750, I RECIVED A RECEIPT AND WAS ASKED TO SIGN THE TENDANCY AGGREEMENT. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
