Reported major damp problem 5 months ago..... still waiting for it to be sorted. reported heating and hot water not to be working.... 3 days to sort. 3 x leeks occurred in 18 months. Horrible, horrible and horrible. Everything was a problem, every question, every required repair. Left for weeks and weeks with broken boiler during winter to be told its not urgent and I'm demanding too much. Will not recommend to ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
