After having 6 viewings with another agent I was concerned there was a problem with my property, I contacted Daniel at Daniel Craig Residential who viewed the property the next day. He advised some minor work were needed to attain maximum rent. He then let it to the first prospective tenant promising these minor jobs would be done before they moved in and now I have two happy tenants paying full market rent. I have now passed over another empty property for them to let fingers crossed this one lets as quickly
