Only positive point is that Thresher Owen enforced our maintenance requests in a professional and efficient way. Beyond that, they tried throughout the tenancy to sneak into the property through different ways. Finally, they tried to charge us more than £220 at the end of the tenancy in cleaning charges, which was clearly not required by the tenancy agreement. After several weeks of useless dispute, we got a large chunk of our money back through a dispute to TDS - lots of time wasted.
Stick to the terms of the tenancy agreement and not try to apply your own law

Genuinely- DO NOT use this estate agents! They have hidden fees which will only become apparent after you have entered the contract. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
