Only positive point is that Thresher Owen enforced our maintenance requests in a professional and efficient way. Beyond that, they tried throughout the tenancy to sneak into the property through different ways. Finally, they tried to charge us more than £220 at the end of the tenancy in cleaning charges, which was clearly not required by the tenancy agreement. After several weeks of useless dispute, we got a large chunk of our money back through a dispute to TDS - lots of time wasted.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Stick to the terms of the tenancy agreement and not try to apply your own law

Constantly entered the property without notice or permission ( walked in on me coming out of the shower naked). Claimed the property needed a clean when it was not in the condition stated. Genuinely- DO NOT use this estate agents! They have hidden fees which will only become apparent after you have entered the contract.
