Premier 'Management' are incompetent, unprofessional, unhelpful and if you ever get the RARE chance to speak to one of the main contacts, they are patronising and wholly ill-informed. They have been promoted as a 'local' (London) company but their admin and 'hotline' appear to be based in South Africa. There is nothing good to be said about them. A true 'mickey mouse' operation. Avoid them like the plague.

I can concur with everything written by the previous reviewers. Their staff are ineffectual and make too many mistakes. Their incompetency is beyond belief, almost a joke. They cannot manage anything right and just mess things up. Since they came in to manage our estate, things have been really bad. I wish we could terminate the contract with them ... Read Full Review

Premier have acted as our Managing Agent since March 2013. Their response time in answering queries via email has been very poor and in many cases they do not reply at all. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
