Excellent service from all girls we dealt with in the office. Let our house within two weeks. Always replied to phone calls emails etc. took all our stipulations into account. Always pleasant and respectful. Bryony very efficient and well organised, explained everything in detail and talked us through what was needed to rent.

Have had my time wasted waiting for Entwistle Green to keep an appointment to view a property. Rang to ask where the agent was only to be told that the details of the appointment hadn't been passed on to them. One would think the agency would abide by its own checklist when a tenancy finishes. However, despite professional cleaning of carpets being written into the contract, the tenant does not seem to have been reminded. Only one of the tenants left on the correct date.
