The agent convinced us that we were the preferred purchasers for the property and in getting all our documents, mortgage, finances, solicitors, etc, etc in order and being on the verge of paying for the survey, the agent told us that the whole time someone else's offer had been accepted a few weeks prior and they were about to exchange on the property. Foolishly we went through the whole process again of another property with Future Homes and almost word for word it happened again. Watch Out for Dirty Harry!!!

6 Sept 2017Bunch of thieving cowboys!! Day I moved in the place was inch thick with dust, oven disgusting, took me two days to clean it!! They didn't do inventory. Then when I moved out they withheld my deposit cause of minor damage to doorframe from when I got locked out!! Just a bedroom door btw!! They kept my £1200 deposit just for this and I never got it back. Even though I called them daily and even went in person to there offices!! They just kept giving me off saying so and so not there they know all about it!! Rent deposit scheme would not help and us waste of time!! Felt so angry there lucky I didn't do something back to them in retaliation!
