We have been landlords since January 2011, due to my husband's work we relocated overseas. We have always had to keep on chasing DB Roberts as they also manage our property. We have never been happy with them, however out of the blue we received an email from the Operations Manager, as follows: We write to advise you that we are currently restructuring our lettings department and therefore, we will complete the end of this tenancy for you, however, it would be advisable that you seek alternative letting agents to market your property for your next let. I'm sorry if this causes you any inconvenience in doing this, we will make the keys available for your new letting agent just as soon as the final inspection has taken place. Just as well we had plan to go to the UK for Easter but it's obvious that DB Roberts do not care about their customers. No warning at all that this was going to happen. SO PLEASE GO TO OTHER LETTING AGENCY.
