Please do not pay money to Martin Marcus Robert - he has frauded me using HBOS documents and touting himself as a relocation agent. He does business under Anyfields, JMG Residential. He signed a contract with me and did not pay deposit or rent and rented the flat to a lady and took deposit and rent from there. His company Interlocate moved out of the business premises and his web site is down too. We are taking him to court,pilice fraud team and HBOS team, and to court to claim monies. Please do not deal with him he goes by name of Marcus Champ too Beware I have his passport and driving license details too. Regards/Manny

None he is a crook and fraudster!!!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
As my review above - these are disgusting con men and should be in prison for the heart ache they have caused 100\'s of people. Check with Andrew Hepburn at Barnet Trading Standards to verify.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
