I have been letting a house in the Golden Triangle with Norwich Accommodation Agency for the past 7 years and everything always runs very smoothly. One typical example of their brilliant customer service was when a fence came down in the recent storms and within 24 hours of the tenant reporting the damage, a contractor had called round to repair it. I have a really busy job and so it's good to be able to rely on someone else to deal with the problems efficiently. They also use their own initiative, which is great, as I do not wish to be bothered about small things like dripping taps etc. I would definitely recommend Norwich Accommodation Agency - they are a pleasure to deal with and from my experience they have looked after both my interests as a landlord and my tenants. The current tenants have been there for several years, so I guess that is also a good sign.
