I was recomended to use Saxon Management by a family member who had had personal experience as a landlord. The office manager took a genuine personal interest from the start of our first time venture into property letting. As someone who had only ever rented student accomodation years ago I was a little apprehensive, but this anticipation was totally un-necessary. Both the manager and one of her colleagues took time to explain the process of letting whilst we completed the renovation of the property. Once we had agreed the rent, we only had to wait a week or two before potential tenants were viewing; soon we receiving our monthly rental payment. Even though Saxon has recently (late 2013) been sold to a much larger letting company the Christchurch staff have all been retained. I can strongly recommend the Christchurch branch of Allan and Bath, their staff are polite, professional and knowledgeable; I have followed their advice regarding the selection of potential tenants and have not been let down to date. As letting agents they do seem to have the landlord's interests at heart.
