This is the most rude agent I ever had to deal with. He does not respect people when talking on the phone. He has no respect for people. He keeps bringing me down when I did 2 days off from work as he told me landlord was going to make some repairs and the second day I tried to talk to Iqbal Zahid to find out when is he going to come and he did not know what I am talking about which I know that he did not even speak to landlord, he just lied to me. He did steal items from post office that they deliver to me after they moved out. Iqbal said that they moved far away and it shame if there is something nice inside package. . It was 5 percels. Agent often does not answers his phone he never get backs to me. I need to try for weeks to get hold of him
What agent could do to change your mind?
He never did anything good to make think that this agency is worth giving them up to my friends. Agent has no respect for people and they time

FFS Estate Agents Hayes, one of the worst estate agents I have ever seen, in 2 Years they never turn up for any complains, and they always telling lie,, they very bad with tenants, they sent me court notice without sending me 2 months eviction notice, and when I go to court their representative...
