Considerably worse than useless - don't use them as letting agents. They cause more problems than they solve and squeeze as much cash out of landlords as tenants as possible. To big to care.

We let a property with Acorn and were promised a long let. When we moved in we recieved no check in report. We were then not supplied with this until after we had been given notice to leave. I have no experience of letting and after my baby was born I decided to let out my flat.
