I don't usually write reviews, however I've been so pleased with the team at Abode, Anderson-Dixon. I have a number of rental property in the area and have moved all my interests over to them. The transfer was smooth and they took care of everything so that I didn't have to. I've even checked directly with my tenants and they too are very happy with the change. I would have great confidence in recommending them. Also got a great deal on the management fees. Ask for a discount as they often will negotiate.

I purchased my forever home from abode in 2016 but recently I have discovered they are using video and images from MY home in their promotional material. 23 Nov 2019They did the same to us. Sold our house then used our pictures to rent it out which had all our furniture in it. Asked for them to be removed & for them to take the pictures with the house...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
