Disgusting service, was made homeless through a divorce when out of work, my mother and a friend put the money up for me for the agency fees and first months rent, I handed in a month's notice a year later when i had been offered a Gwalia flat, (I could of moved into the Gwalia flat straight away but followed the rules of a months notice) and Home Hunters then refused to return the first months rent by saying that the council owed it to me from housing benefit and would of paid it to me over the year, I contacted the Council and they showed me the paperwork and said that no, Home Hunters still owed me the money, I never got my families money back and i would never use Home Hunters again, I tell everyone i know to keep away from them.

25 May 2016Terrible company, had problems since day one of moving in the house! There was damp on the walls in every room which was not sorted by the landlord, leaking bath which came through to kitchen ceiling, unable to use blinds in the Windows as they were old and broken. Draft coming in through the Windows, toilet problems unable to flush toilet and so many more problems throughout the house. The hassle on trying to get my bond returned has been terrible I won't even get started on that.
