The office is closed most of the time,Mr.Meherbans mobile is nearly always off or on Leave a message mode,, which you do, but he never rings back.If you do manage to get hold of him, he makes appointments and doesnt show, or tells you a pack of lies. Eg Want to take a house away from his cluches,I give him 2months notice of withdrawing my business from Midland Acc; as far as I am aware he never told the tenants, so I will be going to sue Midland Accommodation for financial losses and also costs. I have received very little customer service, I have had to nag for statements, invoices etc for my own yearly accounts, repairs that I have asked for quotes for, before approval have been done without my knowledge etc etc.
