The worst agency I ever worked with! While preparing to sign agreement with us they did not copy the papers necessary for their 'credit check' made by their own company. As a result after 2 weeks of 'checking' us they refused to allow us to rent this property . Though they were happy to take 6 months fee in advance plus deposit for this property(!!!) Then when the agreement was signed we were told that we have to pay an extra fee for insurance of this property, again to their own company! They never told us about these extra charges before the contract was signed. The property was in the poorest condition: dirty carpets, cigarette smell in the living room, hair in wardrobes, butts in flowerpots and dirty windows! It seems that Your Move never cared to check if renting property is clean. We made a dry cleaning of the carpets and curtains ourselves. Today there were 3 months as we live in this property and I received a phone call from a lady from this agency proposing me to pay again for next 6 months in advance though in our contract we have a rolling payment scheme. What is that???!!! A way to get rid of good faith tenants? Keep away of this 'wonderful' agency!
