Horrible agency, Completely unproffessional, dragging the whole process, not able to support nor advice. The property hugely overpriced of horrible maintenance state. More on the process - Untill the moment of initial monies were paid in, they were looking friendly, proffesional, and helpful. the moment we paid in to secure the property, we were almost left on our own, with keys to property being availabe later than expected. Property was going to be rented as furnished - no furnitures were provided on time, after few days we were only provided wiht beds (!! - no dinning table, sofas, chairs, etc) Cleaning prior the rental - service was provided after moving in! In addition we were asked to pay directly to cleaning company as adivced 'the agancy will not pay, so we are not going to clean at all' As i say do not use - GOD PREVENT YOU from coming in their (so called) branch!
What agent could do to change your mind?
as per above text. Could do everything properly.
