I first heard about Chestnut Estate Agents, from a friend. They had cold called her as she had an advert on Gumtree. To cut a long story short, Daniel the Senior Neg, from start to finish was extremely professional and true to his word. Now to talk about my own experience, as you know estate agents don't have the best of names but i would defiantly recommend any landlord to go to Chestnut and speak to Daniel. They have very fair fee's and get you the tenants you want.

Viewing agent Dan showed us around properties. We made our budget crystal clear, but he insisted on showing us around properties £200-350 above our limited price range.
