After putting our cottage on the market with the largest agent in the west for 14 months we had no luck in selling so we decided to try Collyers Estate Agents and we are so glad we did. Christine and James Collyer gave sound advice right from the start and took onboard our wishes. Collyers came up with new idea's and innovations to market our property to its full potential with great success and nothing was too much trouble with great attention to detail. Sarah, the office Manager at Collyers, kept us informed throughout the process with updates from viewings through to the final purchase. The service that Collyers provided for us really is second to none and we would certainly use Collyers again the future and would be happy to recommend Collyers Estate Agents to our friends without hesitation. Truly a great service as you would expect from a family run business.

We have been tenants of Collyers for almost 9 months and they have been everything you could want from a landlord. Friendly, polite and always happy to help. I have rented property for many years & have dealt with many landlords & agents. Some are obviously better than others but I have never been made to feel quite so irrelevant & inconsequential as I was by this agent throughout the tenancy. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should behave in a more professional manner. They should also treat their tenants as they would like to be treated themselves if they were in the same situation. Tenants are rather important to their business, they should treat them accordingly & give them the respect they too deserve.
