To those thinking of using the above estate agents, I would ask you to think again. I let my home through them as let only. I found their attitude unprofessional, bordering to incompetent. Their let only service is not pushed because they want to increase their earnings by maki you take up the management only services. They never forwarded me any details of the tenants or the signed contracts. They do not seem to think inventory management and taking photographs is their job. Others estate agents have this as standard on their let only service. Their communication with the landlord is minimal. They will continuously make you feel that without the management service you are not a worth customer and the service is appalling. I made the mistake of signing up with themwithoutexploring other options but my suggestion to you would be look elsewhere.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
