Very professional and courteous service - highly recommend! We have a feeling that we're in safe hands - Bishops team not only tries to find tenants, but also properly maintains the properties - all the issues have been promptly solved and they are always willing to help. Great job! Wish all the estate agents had such high standards.

They collected rental payments from my tenant which they did not pass on to me for months at a time. I eventually terminated my contract with them and am still owed two months rent from six months ago, My only option now is court action to recover the monies ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Pass the rental payments paid by my tenant in good faith to me in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
