Their website says 'an independent property service second to none' and 'Our highly motivated teams are not only committed to offering you fantastic customer service but also friendly advice and support through the process to ensure that your experience is as stress free as possible.' I can tell you first hand this is not true. As tenants of a property with Archers we are extremely unhappy with the service they supposedly call a managed service. They are virtually impossible to get hold of and when someone finally does return your call they are full of excuses as to why things haven't been done or carried out. Very quick to take your money but very slow to do anything when it something goes wrong. Avoid at all costs.
