Very nice to start with so as to lure you in. Terrible service after you hand them the keys to manage your property. Inspect paperwork very carefully. Getting out of their clutches was also a nightmare. Will never give them a property to manage again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Don\'t promise what you can\'t deliver. Show landlords honestly and clearly what you will charge them for and how much before signing the papers. Be more responsive. Avoid double charging.
