Our aim is to make the lettings experience as smooth as possible, and for this reason we complete each tenancy using just one dedicated member of staff. Our highly energetic and youthful team have a good working relationship with landlords, acting as a first point of call for advice on any part of the lettings pro
cess. We charge no extra cost for services such as inventories and checkouts, with the added option of the use of people carriers for accompanied viewings. Our office, located in the centre of Fallowfield, is in an area of high passing trade and the staff at Fallowfield are all ex-students who know the area and mind-set of the core tenant very well. At Jordan’s we complete every part of the lettings procedure in house, from references to property management, and have the capacity for online applications to make our clients experience that much smoother.

First of all I am really glad that I read these reviews. I truly thought that I was the only person who was going through all these problems. I am practically going to repeat what everyone has said. I still have not left the property but if I had the chance I would not stay for another day. Having paid six month rent in advance because they failed to receive our application form, we were given a random flat that was nothing like the one we applied for and since we drove from all the way from Germany and the car van had to be sent back we had no option but to take it. They promised us that the carpets were going to be changed, it's been 4 months and we are still waiting for them to get a quota. There is a huge crack on the ceiling and on the outside wall which causes the windows to be condensed from the inside. They fail to answer your emails and phone calls and are very very very rude (apart from this one guy, I can't remember his name unfortunately). Now that I know they cause a lot of problems in returning the deposit (thanks to all the reviewers!) I will take extra precautions when moving out. I took pictures of every crook and nanny and advise everyone to do the same. Although we decided to move out the minute we moved in we still fixed a lot of the things in the house that could cause huge problems like dampness etc.
What agent could do to change your mind?
1) they have to change their attitude. 2) keep their promises 3) stick to the agreement 4) be more concerned about their reputation 5) Allow tenants to get in direct contact with the landlord as they seem to blame them all the time.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have done ANYTHING! They have done nothing for us. They have given us no information, they have no idea what they are doing. The staff are rude and absolutely useless. I have never been more horrified with the service i have received from these people. They have a bad reputation with landlords as well, they put us in touch with a house and landlord which are shady and disappointing.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
All branch staff will deal with the normal day to day problems on a one to one basis but once a formal complaint has been raised, i.e. “I am not satisfied with the standard of work/conduct/behaviour etc and I wish to make a complaint” then at that stage you are requested to put your complaint in writing and send it to Colette Byers, Customer Manager at Jordan’s Residential Lettings Ltd. Directors Office, The Blake Building, 351 Wilmslow Road, Fallowfield, Manchester, M14 6XS.
Your grievance letter will be investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in house procedures” and a reply sent to you within 14 working days of receipt of your original letter. This reply may request further information from you or advise you as to the progress of the investigation, or indeed the reply maybe our conclusion following the investigation. You will then be invited to make any comments that you may have in relation to this response.
