Please avoid renting from Xpresslink Properties. Our flat has been without hot water and heating for approximately one month yet the response from the agent has been to ignore and not return our calls, provide misleading statements about replacing the system, send out an unreliable repairman who has been unable to fix the problem and generally be uncommunicative and apathetic. All while I continue to pay rent on time. We have expended significant time and effort just to gain essential amenities with no end in sight. Please avoid my mistake and steer clear of renting a property from these agents.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
