I would NEVER use this agent again to buy properties, nor would I recommend them. They lied from the start regarding the buying process, and when I get a letter stating I have has my offer accepted they let other buyers to raise the price!. within 4 days and that includes a weekend I get told I need to be in a race to get a survey produced! complete lack of feeling towards the buyer.
The agent could have told me the \'rules\' of the sale from the start and not within 1 day to get a survey booked, as this is impossible.

Terrible tactics to get a sale through. Pressure tactics galore. Lies about communications with vendor. Kevin Wooder in particular is a disgraceful person to do business with and as if facial hair make you appear more trustworthy! I will be writing to the ombudsman about him. Learnt from this... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
