I would NEVER use this agent again to buy properties, nor would I recommend them. They lied from the start regarding the buying process, and when I get a letter stating I have has my offer accepted they let other buyers to raise the price!. within 4 days and that includes a weekend I get told I need to be in a race to get a survey produced! complete lack of feeling towards the buyer.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have told me the \'rules\' of the sale from the start and not within 1 day to get a survey booked, as this is impossible.

Terrible tactics to get a sale through. Pressure tactics galore. Lies about communications with vendor. Kevin Wooder in particular is a disgraceful person to do business with and as if facial hair make you appear more trustworthy! I will be writing to the ombudsman about him. Learnt from this...
