To start with I was impressed with the service I received when we had our estimation. Choosing this agency over the others I'd arranged viewing with. I liked the fact it was a local firm. However when trying to sell my property (which they didn't) there were problems with communication. For instance I had two viewings just turn up, without any warning. The agency hadn't called to let me know. One of these viewings actually ended up making an offer, which after four months fell through. There were problems with the agreed date for completion, but staves weren't in the slightest bit helpful in trying to secure our sale and didnt fight our corner. In the end we lost the sale and four months selling time. We finally decided to take the house off the market and requested their sign be removed. Still after 5 months the sign is still up on our property. I found the company very armature and lazy. It seems they sit back and wait for properties to sell themselves. I will never use again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
