Me and my family have a lot of dealings with estate agents in Coventry and London, buying and selling property. Linda Perry at newmans in Coventry, is a lady that does what it says on the label. She is honest, reliable and when you agree a deal with her/newmans, it is set in stone ie no moving the goal posts when the price has been agreed between seller and buyer, no going to sealed bids, vendor not pulling out, last min, vendor wishes to increase asking price etc etc. Linda works tirelessly for the seller and buyer and she is only a phone call away, if you need to contact her. She keeps you updated weekly on the buying, selling process, if you are a first time buyer or seller or invester. Me and my family have dealt with a lot of estate agents, staff and Linda is in the top 5. If anyone in Coventry is thinking about selling or buyimg a property, do not hesitate to contact Linda at newmans, in Coventry. Regards Mr Singh and family

What agent could do to change your mind?
A brief call back in answer to my enquiries on the Tue, the Wed, or today (Thursday) would have been nice. Even if it was simply to say they are still trying to contact the landlord. My limited experience of Newmans so far is entirely negative and therefore i would not wish to engage with them any further as an agent.

Newmans provided an excellent service when letting out my property. Annelli Smith let out my property within a week and was efficient and helpful. I couldn't of asked for a better service. I would not use any other estate agent in the future. Fantastic job ny ... Read Full Review
