Terrible experience with Faron Sutaria: I dealt with Jerome Burrell who plainly lied in my face about so much that had to do with the appartment. Incredible. This guy or (this entire company) is just looking for some fast cash and not to build long lasting client relationships. * Staff lies * Staff is rude * They are extremely slow when it comes to paperwork... They charge the same fee as Foxtons but at least Foxtons seems to be professional: Faron Sutaria are complete amateurs and liers. Never use that company and don't trust smooth talker jerome burrell.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent jerome burrell should not have lied as much for some quick cash. Rude, unfriendly, lying staff at Faron Sutaria.

Do not use Faron Sutaria. It is unacceptable to have a property manager (Kirk Galley) who submits the wrong check-in report for comparison at the checkout inspection, and holds part of the deposit even though the landlord approved the full return. An awful agency. Read the full terms and conditions with these people. There are a range of large fees for EVERYTHING in addition to the large percentage charge for managing and letting. What agent could do to change your mind?
-up front about full range of fees when we met first -turn up when they say and don\'t make shocking mistakes like losing keys and waiting days to do anything about it. -push for a good price rather than a quick deal -charge less exorbitant fees for things like signing an agreement
Comments on Agent Fees
They don;t mention when they first talk to you (though it is in the written terms) that everything (agreement, inventory, holding deposit, safety checks) are all above the large percentage fees. They pushed me to agree to a significantly lower rent than I actually got by sticking to my guns.
