Folks, Be aware! Initially tempted to use by the low fixed price sale fees, the experience of selling our property with these guys only got worse. Poor quality pictures taken, untruthful updates of the sale progress, inaccurate reassurances given by the owner and lack of promised returned calls and emails led to our property thankfully selling its self with NO help from United Homes. Would certainly not recommend their in house mortgage advisor either, he is equally and poor! Would not recommend and certainly would never use again!
What agent could do to change your mind?

They don't answer the phones, they don't reply to emails, they make false promises, they don't deliver on what they say they are going to do. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
