I have been a landlord of zones for the past 15 years and have always received my rent on time. They have always responded to any queries efficiently. Throughout my many years with them my property has only been vacant for a total period of three weeks. I have total faith in the professionalism of carol and her staff and can not believe all this rubbish being written about them. Keep up the good work I will always recommend them

Communicate all issues occurred. Acknowledgement of emails/ msgs. notification of late payments/reasons rather that letting landlord chase. Provide service that has been paid for. response of any requests. Thorough checks when visiting suspicious tenants. do not sell/offer what cannot be delivered.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
