Do not deal with these condescending agents whose proprietor has overwhelming contempt for tenants. I was told the shower worked, therefore it did not need replacing, even though the dial was broken and falling off, the attachment was snapped and the head encrusted with lime scale. To get any work done was a battle, including repairing a lethally dangerous window that was ready to slide and decapitate at any moment and any attempt a reasonable discord was met with total disregard by Darren Bradley. He also let himself in to the property without my permission, which caused me a great deal of shock on my arrival home to find him answering the door as I got my keys out. Furthermore, there were inspections every three months which were intrusive and insulting to our responsible attitude. This agency should be shut down. The man who runs it is an idiot. I am a landlord myself and people like him who treat tenants as second rate citizens regardless of what they pay, give agents a bad name.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
