I took the morning off work to view a property across the road from their office. I was informed we would have to wait for the key to be returned; the staff member who returned it appeared to be in an awful mood, he just huffed in gave the key and huffed out without even acknowledging me. The viewing itself went ok but it was the negotiation that was terrible. I put my offer in on the condition the bed be removed as we have our own. When they got back to me they refused as there was nothing wrong with it, I told them I couldn't understand why if I am willing to pay

30 Jul 2018Please do not use this agents. Moved in a 2 bedroom flat in Hammersmith. We have so much trouble with the flat, and after 12 weeks long complete and waiting, calling our landard which he cut us off, Calling the agents and nothing seem to be complete repair
